Need cover now. Found someone brilliant? Hire them
Housekeepers booked for cover work real, paid shifts on your floors. The reliable ones are easy to invite back week after week, and if they're a great fit, offer them a permanent place.

£0 hire fee
Hire someone you met on a Shifted shift and pay nothing for the placement.
Recruiters charge a placement fee. Agencies add transfer fees. We don\'t. Excludes chefs.
Housekeeping cover used to mean a morning of phone calls. Now we post the shift the night before and someone reliable is on the floor by eight. The same faces keep coming back, which matters in a hotel.
A rugby weekend doubles our covers overnight. We post the shifts a week out, choose from vetted applicants, and the day runs like any other.
